این بازی که به احتمال زیاد یک بازی جالب و بسیار جذاب برای Nintendo خواهد بود در اصل در پاییز قبل تایید شده بود.اما اولین اطلاعات از این بازی این هفته در Famitsu Magazine ارائه شد.
Kensax که نام آن برگرفته از لغت Kensaku به معنای گشتن گرفته شده است،یک مجموعه از 11 مینی گیم است که بعضی از آنها تک نفره و برخی دیگر را نیز می توان 4-نفره نیز بازی کرد.
نینتندو اطلاعاتی از بعضی Mini game های این بازی ارائه داده است:

- Kensaku Panel 9, a game played on a tic-tac-toe style 3x3 grid filled with words. Place one of your own words on a grid, and the game will do a search with both of those words and score you based on the number of hits given back. The object is to take over the most panels by coming up with more popular word combos than your opponents; scoring a tic-tac-toe also gives you a bonus.
- Kensaku Puzzle, a similar game where you place words together on a special playfield to try to score as many hits as possible based on the resulting combos.
- Kensaku Juushi, a shooting-gallery game where a word is displayed and, once again, you're firing at words that you think will produce a lot of search-engine hits when combined with the displayed word. All the players go through several rounds of shooting; whoever has the most points at the end wins.
